We operate a fleet of state-of-the-art cold-milling road planers designed to effectively remove existing road surfaces in preparation for new overlays. Our services also include tippers for efficient removal of planings and road sweepers to ensure a clean and safe site during the resurfacing process. Summary
Sims Milling Services Ltd is a cold-milling company, established over 20 years ago. It is a family run business which has grown over the years gaining the skills and equipment which has resulted in the delivery of many high profile schemes for a number of leading contractors.
We have gained an extensive amount of experience in the industry, taking on major projects, such as the resurfacing of the M25, M20 and M2 and work in collaboration with Eurovia on the Race of Champions track inside London Stadium.
At Sims Milling Services Ltd, we pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability by recycling 100% of all road planings we accumulate. Additionally, we ensure that our extensive fleet of HGV’s are all Euro 6 compliant, focusing on reducing emissions and meeting the requirements of the Environment Agency across our industry.
